Metro Big Loop

Metro Big Loop

Every day, millions of people follow the same route — one that is never truly the sameI see the metro as a space of everyday ritual. The circular journey is repeated daily, yet it is never identical; repetition does not exclude difference. In this series, I aim to capture the life of the Circle — as a symbol of cyclicality, repetition, and urban infinity.
Thanks to the panoramic format and the composition of frames into triptychs, a spatial unfolding emerges — one that is impossible in ordinary perception. A metro station, usually experienced in a fragmented and utilitarian way, is revealed as a cohesive architectural and human landscape. "This 'unfolded' perspective reveals rhythms, symmetries, and movements that usually slip by in the flow of everyday life."
